    Eleven Capital Partners (“ECP”) is an Asia focused private market platform offering customized investment and advisory solutions to sophisticated institutional investors.

     

    We provide the most prominent PE /VC managers across the Asia ex Japan region access to world-class fund investors and create solutions to bring their ventures up to the next level. Our platform also seeks to offer access to unique direct and co-investment opportunities for our investors through our proprietary insight, experience, sourcing capabilities and close partnership with the top PE/VC funds in this region. ECP understands the demand for differentiation from our clients, and thus creates innovative and tailored solutions to our diverse investor and client base.

  • Core Business

     

    Focusing on emerging markets in the Asia-Pacific region, ECP specializes in providing GP-led liquidity solutions including fund restructuring as well as other liquidity offerings. ECP also offers direct and co-investment opportunities to our investors.

    GP-Led Restructuring

     
    GP-led continuation funds and fund restructuring are ECP’s key areas of focus. Our extensive experience on both the buy and sell sides allows us to innovate and execute complex transactions to meet varying demands from existing and new GPs and LP investors. Our strong expertise gives us the edge in identifying the most suitable GPs and portfolios, and streamlining the complexities of the process to ensure smooth execution and completion. ECP focuses on mid-to-large size transactions with a transaction value of US$100 million and above.
     

    PE Secondary

     
    ECP advises on other GP-led liquidity offerings including direct secondary equity (at the asset level), liquidity tenders (at the fund level) as well as partial realizations (strip sales and preferred equity financing). It also covers non-traditional secondary transactions including manager spin-outs, captive portfolio secondary sales and fundless sponsors. With our proprietary deal screening and evaluation system, ECP confidently brings our investors outstanding PE secondary investment opportunities that fit the required underlying criteria. Typical transaction size varies from US$50 million and above for single assets and US$100 million and above for portfolios. 
     

    Direct/Co-Investments

     
    ECP offers direct and co-investment opportunities to global investors. We capture investments that combine both long-term fundamental value growth and event-driven mispricing arbitrage opportunities, in order to seek alpha-enhanced investment returns. For every deal ECP underwrites, we seek to form a differentiated relationship with the target company through our deep insights into the industry trend, expertise in the capital market, value creation skills and our prior business connections with the founders. Such unique angle helps ECP enhance deal certainty, secure favorable terms and better manage the exit visibility. ECP focuses on mid-to-late stage investments in the broad consumer and technology sectors, with typical transaction size from US$50 million up to US$300 million.
